Doss Cunningham • CEO

Doss Cunningham is currently the Chairman and CEO of Nutrabolt, the largest independently owned sports nutrition platform in the world and maker of America’s fastest-growing energy drink, C4®, with global sales of its category-leading brands exceeding $600 million and distribution spanning over 120 countries.

Within the broader nutrition space, Cunningham is also the co-founder and chairman of FitJoy Nutrition and an active investor through his family office’s investment arm, LivWell Ventures, a boutique early stage investment office focused on better-for-you lifestyle brands across food, beverage and nutritional supplements.

Outside of the nutritional space, Cunningham has continued his entrepreneurial journey, co-founding Arrive Logistics in 2014. Arrive Logistics is a technologically differentiated freight brokerage that is on a path to reach a billion in annual sales. Cunningham is also a partner and principal investor in St. Louis based private equity group, Green Leaf Capital Partners.

Cunningham and his wifeDanielle, are also the founders of the GiveJoy Foundation. GiveJoy’s mission is focused on empowering and guiding students to a stronghealthy future through a program that emphasizes access to proper nutrition, advocacy of physical movement throughout the day and the importance of forming healthy habits and relationships.

Doss received a B.A. in Accounting and a Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School.

John Herman • Chief Commercial Officer

John Herman is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at Nutrabolt.

With over 15 years of brand building experience, John previously served as the company’s Executive Vice President and General Manager of North America. His background instilled a mentality of non-siloed collaboration in his day to day approach leveraging the merchant “hub of the wheel” mindset to drive growth, team success and results for the company.

John’s experience also includes financial acumen, industry and category expertise, creativity, leadership skills and a customer-centric approach to product branding and marketing.

Before entering the sports nutrition industry, John spent 10 years in various merchant roles within the apparel retail space working for Lands’ End and American Eagle Outfitters. Prior to joining Nutrabolt, He also led the Sports Nutrition and Weight Management Divisions within GNC, the leading Specialty retailer within the Health and Wellness industry, managing over $750 million of revenue.

Brittany Cullison • Chief People Officer

Brittany Cullison is currently the Chief People Officer for Nutrabolt.

With more than 12 years of experience in the Human Resources field, Brittany previously served as the Head of Human Resources for the 12th Man Foundation, the fundraising partner for Texas A&M University’s athletics program.

Brittany also worked for a PEO firm serving as a Client Relationship Manager and HR Advisor. In this role she provided HR support to a portfolio of approximately 40 small to mid-sized companies across a variety of industries, including hospitality, professional and financial services, medical providers, technology and retail. Brittany was also the designated HR speaker for the firm, hosting routine live webinars on various HR topics, leading presentations for state-wide HR conferences, and serving as a subject matter expert for media features including Wall Street Journal and Forbes.

Brittany received a B.S. in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University as well as her M.B.A. She also holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.

Mike DiMaggio • Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Mike DiMaggio is currently the Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Nutrabolt. He also serves as an officer of Nutrabolt’s foreign subsidiaries, located in Canada, China, Hong Kong and the Netherlands.

In his role, Mike oversees Nutrabolt’s legal and regulatory compliance functions, including its corporate governance, business transactions, and formulation, labeling, marketing and advertising compliance. Mike also manages Nutrabolt’s outside counsel on matters involving nationwide litigation, M&A, and the company’s global IP portfolio.

Formerly, Mike was a partner and founder of a New York law firm that specialized in the representation of companies in the Food, Drug, and Cosmetics industries. He has spent his career advising clients on matters ranging from regulatory compliance with the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act to general business and corporate matters, including intellectual property protection, litigation management, marketing and advertising law and transactional matters.

Mike currently serves on the board for the Natural Products Association (NPA) and is the Chairman of the NPA’s Sports Nutrition Committee.

Mike earned his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the State University of New York at Albany. While in private practice, he was selected three consecutive years to receive the Rising Star award by New York Super Lawyers, a rating service that recognizes exceptional lawyers by their own peers from more than 70 practice areas.

Mike often lectures at industry trade association events and has been featured by a variety of print and online publications including the New York Times and USA Today.

Rajaa Grar • Chief Digital Officer

As Chief Digital Officer, Rajaa is responsible for developing long term relationships with existing and new consumers by providing best-in-class digital experiences connected to Nutrabolt’s many consumer brands.

Rajaa has spent over 14 years in brand and digital marketing roles in the US and globally at companies such as the Paula’s Choice Skincare, the Kellogg Company, Coors Light / MillerCoors, Tampico Beverages and Maple Leaf Foods.

Prior to Nutrabolt, Rajaa served as the Vice President of Brand, Performance Marketing & Growth at Snap Kitchen, a nutrition-focused meal prep delivery service where she launched and scaled their DTC business to 10X during her tenure.

Born in France, Rajaa grew up in Casablanca, Morocco and Montreal, Canada. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, a bachelor’s degree from McGill University in Marketing and International Business and a Bachelor of Science with a major in Microbiology from the University of Montreal. Rajaa speaks and writes five languages fluently, including Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese and French.

Josh Gittler • Senior Vice President, Finance

Josh Gittler is currently the SVP of Finance at Nutrabolt where he is responsible for leading all Accounting and Finance functions.

Previously, Josh held senior-level roles at NBG Home, a private equity-owned global home décor design and manufacturing company, and Amplify Snack Brands (NYSE: BETR), a high growth, better-for-you snack food company, where he was responsible for leading Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Treasury and FP&A.

During his time working with Amplify, both as a strategic finance leader and advisor, he was integral in driving sustained growth in the business, including building out their global platform of developing key finance BFY snacking brands through the acquisition of four companies, executing their IPO, and public company capabilities, and ultimately selling the company to Hershey.

Josh has also worked in various investment banking and capital markets roles at Jeffries, LLC as Senior Vice President in Consumer and Retail Investment Banking, TD Securities (USA), LLC, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley.

Josh holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University, Johnson Graduate School of Management. He also graduated with High Distinction from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business.

Derek Geiss • Senior Vice President, Supply Chain

Derek Geiss is currently the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Nutrabolt.

Prior to joining Nutrabolt, Derek served as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Halo Top Creamery, an international leader in better-for-you ice cream, overseeing global planning, logistics, procurement, R&D, and quality.

With over fifteen years of industry experience, Derek also held senior roles at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, leading key supply chain initiatives in both the US and Europe during his time there.

He served as the Head of Planning for the EMEA region, developing and implementing the S&OP process to facilitate improved planning accuracy and customer service, and led all supply, demand, production, and materials management. While in Europe, he also served as interim Plant Manager for Glanbia’s manufacturing facility in the United Kingdom.

Derek also led supply chain integration for new strategic acquisitions, serving as the interim Vice President of Supply Chain for thinkThin, and playing key roles post-acquisition with BSN, Isopure, and Nutramino.

Derek received his B.S. in Marketing from Southern Illinois University and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
